Conditions:

1. Use of only the Original copy of Plant & Design Build Contract (Yellow Book) is encouraged in the workshop. Therefore applicants are required to confirm registration at least 10 days before the Workshop enabling the organisers to have the books purchased and ready.

2. Cancellations by delegates must be made in writing and received ten days before the Workshop. It is regretted that no refunds will be made for invoices cancelled after this date and the full Registration fee will be payable. Substitutions may be made.

3. Organisers reserve the right to cancel the event if it is undersubscribed or for any other reason. In the event of cancellation we will endeavor to give delegates 10 days’ notice and the fee will be refunded in full. Organizers cannot be held liable for any pre-booked travel or accommodation costs.
